We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The location was ideal so we could walk throughout the city to explore the various sights and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were fine, and there were plenty of evening dining options within walking distance all around the hotel. We got a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was a very short trip. Plus there was a very convenient bus stop just on the corner which allowed us to get on the low cost dedicated airport shuttle bus to the airport which runs every 15 minutes.

I had a conference near the Novotel and for this purpose the hotel was perfect. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The personal was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to a stop of the bus line from the airport and a subway station. It is about two 1.5 mile away from the old town: you can walk there, but it takes some time.

It was clean but the mini bar items were WAY overpriced. I feel it’s a bit abusive.

The central location is great and close to everything downtown. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast but we did not partake as there are many restaurant options out and about in the city. The hotel is also very close to the Central Station (VIA) and two main metro (subway) lines.

This is a centrally located hotel, an easy walk from Gare Centrale. The room was large, the beds super comfortable. Having a room-service option was great, and a nice way to spend a relaxing morning in the room over coffee and eggs. The room service attendant was really friendly and a genuinely happy guy! The on-sight indoor parking was a nice thing to have considering how cold it was outside. I'll be back.

Location was excellent, and the room was a comfortable location to relax after a long day of exploring the city. There was a good selection of choices available for breakfast and the room was well air-conditioned and clean. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful, and we'd like to extend our gratitude to the whole team for making us feel so welcome in the city.

The room was clean and really spacious, making it feel very welcoming. Its location is also relatively convenient, especially when taking the airport shuttle to and fro (the bus stop is just 3-5mins walk away, which is really handy in winter). Aside from accessibility to the airport, it is just 5-10mins away from food and shopping options.

The location was spot on, easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go & the metro was close by. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked like it had great options. The check in was fast & easy. The underground parking is not made for a larger vehicle, very tight turning.

The hotel is in a very good position: downtown can be reached by walking and the Vieux Montréal is only 10 minutes by metro. My room was huge and the cleaning was always excellent. The bathroom was large and clean as well. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was available, but I did not try it (I could not resist the bagels at Kettleman just 3 minutes away on foot...).

Good downtown location, extremly nice and forthcoming staff, we could even check in much earlier and the receptionist was really friendly and professional. Very clean rooms, modern design, comfortable beds, great shower. Good Nespresso coffee in the room was a plus.
